For all returns/exchanges, items must be in its original condition. Returns/exchanges will only be
accepted if items are in its original box with all appropriate accessories intact (shoelaces, retro
cards, key chains, etc.) All returns/exchanges are required to be requested within 72 hours of
receiving your item(s), and must be approved by our staff.
Guidelines for returns/exchanges are as follows: Must contact us first to approve refund/exchange!
For shoes, please place them back in its original box and package it in a separate shipping box. Note:
you must also include any accessories (extra shoelaces, key chains, retro cards, etc.) in the shipping
